Who We Are
PressedNotes is a product for notes management, content syncing, and publishing workflows. We provide tools that help you manage notes, sync content between external sources and WordPress, and streamline your publishing processes.

Free and Paid Plans

Payments, Billing, and Taxes
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not directly store full payment card numbers. When you make a payment:
- You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your selected plan
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
- All payment processing is subject to our payment processor's terms and security standards
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our refund policy. Generally:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

- You must comply with the terms of service of any third-party services you connect to
- Integration availability and functionality may change based on third-party service updates
AI and Automation Features
PressedNotes may include AI and automation features. When using these features:
- AI features process only the content you provide when you enable or use those features
- Third-party AI providers may apply their own terms and policies depending on configuration
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing
- You must not use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
User Content and Data
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to PressedNotes. However, by using our services, you grant us:
- A license to store, process, and transmit your content to provide our services
- The right to use your content to improve our services, subject to your privacy settings
- The ability to display your content in accordance with your publishing configurations
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload and that such content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
PressedNotes and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CurbSoftware Tech Innovations and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements without our prior written consent.
Product Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue PressedNotes or any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high availability and provide quality support. However:
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

PressedNotes is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurbSoftware Tech Innovations shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past twelve months
Indemnification

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to PressedNotes at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

- You remain liable for any outstanding fees

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
